토론의 상태를 변경할 수 잇으며, 다른 사람의 편집 요청을 닫을 수 있는 권한이다.

토론의 상태는 normal(토론 진행), pause(일시 중단), close(닫힘)으로 나뉘며, 이 권한이 있는 사용자는 토론 댓글 달기 칸 위에 전술한 상태 변경 탭이 뜬다.
