토론의 주제(제목)을 변경할 수 있는 권한이다.

토론 주제 변경 시 자동으로 토론 주제를 변경한 사용자의 이름으로 주제 변경 알림 댓글이 생성되며, 이전 주제는 표시되지 않는다. 그래서 변경 전 주제를 댓글로 밝히기도 한다.
